He firmly believes in the power of connections, be it with your partner, friends, or family. For Iain, it's about making those bonds stronger and more fulfilling. Iain received his Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Wheaton College. Outside of therapy he loves to spend time with his wife and son and their two dogs, while also trying to be as goofy as possible.

Ashley Mitchell

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

Ashley is passionate about helping others thrive in their relationships and personal well-being. She offers compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals, couples, and families. Believing in the resilience of both individuals and relationships, she provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore emotions, resolve conflict, and strengthen their bonds.

As a military spouse, Ashley understands the challenges that military life can bring to relationships. She guides clients through difficulties like communication breakdowns, emotional disconnect, and everyday stressors to foster healing, growth, and stronger emotional connections.

Ashley holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University and a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Studies. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two dogs, embracing the simple joys of life and cherishing moments of connection.
